Return conditions

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. If we receive an item back outside the 14-day return window or it doesn’t meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return shipping costs are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging with all the tags. 
- The item must not be worn, used or damaged.
- Returns with makeup stains or perfume scent will be rejected/ not accepted.
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

You may return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions. 

 

How to return your order?

  1. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return to:  info@salinafemme.com

  2. Fill in the return form and add it with the package. 

  3. Send the package to:

    The Netherlands 

  4. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by SALINA FEMME. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.  

We are also provide personalized size advice via email based on your height and the size you usually wear.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If it meets the return conditions, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The shipping costs will not be refunded. Please take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
