Terms and conditions


Offer and agreement
- When you purchase an article from SALINA FEMME online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with SALINA FEMME. These terms and conditions are binding and apply to each order made on this webshop.
- These terms and conditions are always easily accessible during and after your purchase. You can read the most recent version of the terms and conditions from our website.
- Every effort is taken to ensure the costs displayed are correct at all times. However, If the offer contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, the agreement is not binding for SALINA FEMME and we are not obliged to deliver articles at an incorrect fee. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.

Price and payment
- The price displayed in the webshop is the total price including VAT. The shipping costs are stated separately.
- You can pay for your order via one of the payment methods made available in the SALINA FEMME webshop.

Delivery
- We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ensure that the products are sent in the correct manner. Should you nevertheless receive incomplete or damaged product(s), please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after you have received the products, and we will try to find a solution with you.
- To prevent your order from being delivered to the wrong address, please provide us with the correct contact details.
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified by you.
- In the event that an incorrect address is provided, SALINA FEMME will not be liable for any costs you incur for stating an incorrect address.

Warranty and complaints
- We do our best to display products on our website as completely and accurately as possible. Does the product seem different than expected? You can send it back, only if unused and in the original packaging, within the reflection period of 14 days.
- SALINA FEMME guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and with reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.
- If you have a complaint, we would like you to send us an e-mail to info@salinafemme.com. 

 

Return conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
Should we receive an item back that doesn’t meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
 
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return shipping costs are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not be worn, used or damaged.
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

 

You may return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.
